We should add our image best practices in this document.

EG: What formats to use (and when), file size, file naming (hyphenated-lowercase).

We have two image ratios for the network site 1:1 (square) and 4:3 (rectangle). Images will be originally exported rectangular (can be cropped square afterwards).

dimensions: w1200 x h900 pixels raster format: .jpg photoshop quality: 8 file naming: hyphenated-lowercase optimize when possible - https://imageoptim.com/mac vector format: .svg

@sabrinang Sorry, I should have pointed out that this is a ticket for general guidelines not just for the Network site. I'm not sure if you're familiar with mofo-standards. It's primarily for engineering, but good for related topics like assets for front end as well.
