Sponsorship: Step & Repeat #85

Description: The Presenting Festival Partner will appear on a step & repeat at MozFest. The sponsor logo will appear designed with MozFest 2018 tagline and branding

Quantity: 1 near the entrance area

Format: TBD - Dimensions and format needed.

We need to determine if this is rigid media https://www.pixartprinting.co.uk/wide-format/printing-flat-bed-rigid-materials/folding-screen/ or display item https://www.pixartprinting.co.uk/displays/ and the cost ranges quite a bit.

@Saallen @marcwalsh Can you determine what is the appropriate size our sponsor expects and which template from PixArt I would be using?

@sabrinang @gideonthomas as it's a larger piece we'll have to get something with supports. Ideally using a Pop Display from Pixart would work as it has a frame which we can keep and just replace the print each year.

@Saallen @consuelamckenzie @jcbarajas - Please can you review this, ideally I'd add some uplights in front of it as well (budget dependant) to give some depth to photos taken against it. It's 227cm x 227cm x 30cm

It's a great size, and I like the frame. I'd agree on the uplights since we'll want the photos to look good so that people share them with our hashtag.

x1 of the size Marc mentions above with the presenting festival partner logo and MozFest, and Mozilla logos as well (and whatever you initially had in mind)

The step and repeat should really just be a sequence of repeating logos. Imagine that anywhere from 1 person to several people standing in front of it for pictures. They won't be able to see the big message in the middle, and might only see a full PIA logo and not the MozFest one. I'd strongly recommend it look something like the pics below and like the format here:

I've updated the design and added some additional logos. I also took away the large "data done right" and "mozilla festival" images. I am only using the gear icon, but let me know if it's important to use the full "mozilla festival" logo with accompanying text?

It looks great for PIA, but I don't see the name Mozilla or MozFest with the gear icon. Our name should show up on this since it will live on in photos.

Oh sorry @jcbarajas , I've updated with the full mozfest logo back in and simplified the background (it was getting a bit too busy with all the logos). Did you want a separated 'mozilla' only logo too? Or is just the MozFest logo okay?

@natalieworth would you be able to follow the instructions linked in this comment and export the pdf file (according to the instructions) into google drive and link it here? Then we can assign it to Marc for print.

Post MozFest Documentation

This was set up after the entrance gates near the side wall. We got some portable coloured lights (from lighting tech Luke) and we ended up pairing it with the logo gear floor vinyl to dress up the space.
