Additional excerpt:
Dowse Awareness and insight into connected devices in your home: With the growing connectivity of devices in the Internet of Things devices are exchanging more and more data among themselves. It is very difficult to have an overview of these communications. This project wants to create awareness on the privacy, security and sharing challenges of connected devices and ‘smart’ homes. Dowse is an open source project to give citizens insight in the behaviour of their environment through the Dowse ‘router’. Dyne.org

Hi @cubicgarden The session facilitator reached out asking whether or not the session was formally accepted, and if there are any details to share. Do you mind confirming with Rob? Thanks!
I emailed them twice already? It has been accepted. Can they get in touch with me?

Agenda
We will have an interactive hour explaining dowse, aiming for direct feedback and having devices running for those who are interested in coding and discussion with those who are interested in what it can do in an IoT context
Participants
up to 50
Outcome
More exposure for Dowse, growing the dev ecosystem, public awareness of key IoT privacy and security issues
