[ Format ] game, a kind of an interactive workshop / an educative game

Description

1 / After a brief Ice breaker, the participant need to write down his dream in the balloon after listening to some inspiring talk or watching a video. Then we need to know about the majority of the dreams and write also the knowledge and skills needed ! 2 / I will give everyone a toothpick and I will ask them to protect their dreams ( balloons ) for 1 minute ! Normally, they will try to attack other balloons, and we will end up in less than 30 seconds with all the balloons destroyed. 3 / The conclusion, it's that alone, it is not that easy to protect a balloon but if a group decided to create a circle or a wall to defend one balloon ! they would make it = this is the power of a community and group work !

Participants

The session is the same for 3 , 15 or even 25 participants ! Just in case no one started attacking the ballons with the toothpick, I need a facilitator who will start attacking the balloons.

Outcome

It depends from the communication tool that we will choose, but we will try to keep in touch after the event ! Help each others to know people with similar dreams / sharing motivating videos and advices regularly,

This is really a great idea for expressing dreams and how to make a big effort to keep them still up
