@thornet this sounds like so much fun!
Love this @thornet! Good article in the Atlantic about this http://www.theatlantic.com/technology/archive/2014/07/makeup/374929/
I think this should just be in the general entryway to MozFest ;)
Definitely could fit nicely in demystify! Also, feels like a possible cross-over opportunity too; taking on a different context in both our spaces. Just thinking about self-promotion and identify on the web vs. being unknowingly identified and tracked.
Could be fun through out the festival
How about as an idea, if you don't want to be taken in photo's you get to put some of the paint on? ... :)
This also might be a good opportunity to test if CVDazzle still works against more modern techniques like Facebook's exceptionally creepily named Deepface
@EPIKhub oh, i love that idea. +1 to @omnignorant as well to think about how we could make this available maybe in the registration area or near the coffee stations. Something interstitial throughout the festival!

Description
Face paint is a staple of festivals everywhere. In this version, we'll use patterns and shapes that obscure our features from facial recognition.
Agenda
We'll have a small table with face paint, suggested patterns, and people can have at it. Templates here: https://cvdazzle.com/#style-tips
Participants
"Each one, paint one." After your face is painted, you paint someone else's.
Outcome
Awareness of facial recognition and how to thwart it.
