@jdpigeon Interesting session; would you still be able to attend MozFest without being allocated a travel Stipend?
Possibly. Depends on how my work situation pans out in the coming months.
I should note that I now have a job and can afford to travel!
Also, I'm looking forward to collaborating with @teonbrooks and @aj-ptw on this
@syswsi is going to be taking over the leadership of this. However, I would still like to co-facilitate. Furthermore, @hubertjb will also be available to be present and run interactive demos

What will happen in your session?
Participants will use the EEG 101 app and the Muse EEG headband to learn the basics of EEG and train their own brain-computer interface with machine learning. In addition, they will also be introduced to open-source tools and practices for projects that involve working with brain-interface technology.
What is the goal or outcome of your session?
The inspiration and education needed to get started on open-source neurotechnology projects. Also, an understanding of the field's current limitations and what problems need to be solved going forward.
If your session requires additional materials or electronic equipment, please outline your needs.
I will provide all of the Muse headbands, but participants will need an Android smartphone in order to be able to run the app.
