Thank you for the updates @aariops!
I'm a little confused - how are you imagining that this session would work as a whole weekend event? Will you be there all the time? Would this be better suited to a 1 hour learning forum?
Sorry for the delayed reply. The ideia is to split the session. Give people a brief overview of what to take into account when creating a radio piece, and then let people go on recording things. Recording things should be an autonomous activity done throughout the weekend (maybe a day or an afternoon, at least). After that, then we'd meet up again (for hopefully an hour), where we'd go through the editing and final wrap-up.
Looking at the schedule delivered, it should fit more under the hands-on approach. I am sorry if I wasn't very clear. :(
So, given the proposed schedule, here's my suggestion:
Hi @aariops! Thank you for the additional informaion - it’s really helpful!!
Can I suggest a slight difference: a hands on session in the shed on Saturday, and then a 1 hour show case session in the gallery on Sunday afternoon?
Are you sure the intro session should be short? It seems like you could use at least an hour to talk through the whys and hows of podcasting, and then maybe troubleshoot getting people set up with their own recording equipment etc?
Makes sense! :D Thank you so much! I can take two bluetooth speakers with me for the gallery. Is there any possibility of having a few more?

What will happen in your session?
There will be a short overview of White Market Podcast, then we'll go over some basics of radio content production integrated in an open/free content perspective. Then, people will get to create their own features to be played out on the show.
What is the goal or outcome of your session?
The main goal is to give people some tools for active citizenship in terms of content production and distribution online. Opening a space in the audio world is a way of empowering people, with significant impact particularly in grass roots activism movements.
If your session requires additional materials or electronic equipment, please outline your needs.
It is advisable to have a laptop per person (or at least one to two per team). Ideally, there would be a projector and speakers in the room, as well as office supplied for the participants to take notes.
Time needed
All weekend, as an installation, exhibit or drop-in session
