What will happen in your session?

In the race of chasing their dreams, people are losing themselves and eventually unable to do something for themselves. They are either doing for their parents or spouse or children. I will illustrate the various emotions present in our life, so that the people who have become robots can now start feeling that they are humans. I wil focus on 'Stress' which is ruling everyone's life Attendee will be asked to write down 2 things that they want to do for themselves. I wil ask them to be truthful to themselves in accomplishing those 2 things in a single week. They would be interacting and discussing what actually stress them a lot, and we will discuss how to avoid the stress.

What is the goal or outcome of your session?

The goal of this session is just to make human feel that they are humans, not robots. They should start living for themselves. It would be a motivational session for the graduates, employees, women who are indulged into family so much that they are unable to take care of themselves completely. This will surely bring joy in their life. Their perception towards life may change. The way they deal with stress can also be changed. In today's world, people are excessively demoralized due to various factors in their life. People are stressed out due to work pressure. Few are unable to balance work and personal life.
