What will happen in your session?

My session will be a forum styled session, focused on the spectrum of web and digital literacy.There are different age demographics that become marginalized,in reference to technology, in some way, shape, or form. This session will be a discussion about what the spectrum of web/digital literacy is, how marginalization happens, and what we, as a collective, can do in our communities to make web nd digital literacy more tangible.

What is the goal or outcome of your session?

The goal of my session is to highlight that gap between technology available to the public and their grasp of understanding and utilizing that technology. When we can understand the problems in communities on the topic of web and digital literacy, we can begin to suggest and provide solutions.
