Internal comms for better/faster work - Mar 11 & Mar 25

We can use this issue to track better/faster work which can be sent at the end of each heartbeat. Hopefully when we hire an internal comms person they can help with this, but for now I'll drive.

Howdy Mofos,

Yesterday began a new heartbeat, which means MOAR better/faster work. Slowly but surely, you should feel your work life getting easier, more effective, and making more sense. If not, let’s talk!

Forgotten what this "better/faster" business is all about? It’s an initiative to get our Mofo house organized. There are implications for resourcing, tooling, branding and org-wide storytelling, all relating to our 2020 strategy. It’s literally a label in Github in the Plan repo that tracks related work. Here are the Q1 goals.
