We discussed the deployment plan in today's DevOps triage. Plan is to have a silent deployment once staging data has been migrated to production and domain is acquired. We can continue to make front-end changes there until we're ready to formally announce.

We should discuss the plan for the announcement and likely file a ticket for redirecting the current domain to the new one on a certain date. @kaythaney @acabunoc - are we planning any communications around the new domain and site?

Burndown is at 0 🎉 🎈 🍰 , though there are 8 small QA issues filed. Closing this ticket and opening a new one to release the kraken...er...new science site.
