Some questions:

Where do we need to include participation team in each of our projects?
How do we feed into their plans?
How do their plans feed into ours?
How do we work well together?

I think we can close this. We shared the plans with them, now we need to keep them posted on the regular progress and start the process of recruiting volunteers from our side.
