The Mozilla fellowship for design research is a unique opportunity for researchers and designers who want to influence creative learning methods and the future of a web with things.
We are looking for designers, researchers and passionate individuals who have a strong interest in product design, ethnographic research, social impact, teaching, and learning environments. Fellows will spend 12 months, starting December 2015, as community catalysts in NID, Ahmedabad, designing and facilitating exciting research experiments.
Teaching and facilitating are essential component of this fellowship, and we are seeking candidates who will embrace this leadership opportunity. Fellows will mentor design students, Mozilla volunteers, and other communities ––internationally and within India–– to share their knowledge throughout the program.
Chosen fellows will receive training and support from Mozilla Foundation, University of Dundee, NID and Mozilla Volunteers. Areas of expertise from the different organization are complementary, thus creating a unique experience for fellows, and can be described as follow:
