Uses the Mozillians and BZ API to get the user data, as per discussed and stores it in stats.json.

install.sh prepares the required files. It expects Node.js to be pre-installed.
I repeat again. Do not merge this. It changes the users.json file and hence the current HTML code will fail to render. We should merge this to a separate branch (other than gh-pages), and collaboratively work until its ready.

Ping @debloper, @scrapmac. This is complete. We should merge this to a new server branch now.

Just go through it once. I'll be updating the docs in the wiki about it. In the meantime @scrapmac can start working on GitHub integration and adapting the frontend to the new server-side code.

Ok, no need to merge now. Girish is sending a PR to me and then we'll merge this mega PR at once.

Serverside code is now managed by a separate repo. So, this one boils down to only the integration part.
