Move the license to LICENSE.md #27

We should probably move the license to LICENSE.md like https://github.com/mozilla/webmaker.org to make the README.md file neater. What do you guys say? I would be happy to do that!

I dunno. The change is trivial. I don't think it's much of an issue now. But feel free to do so if you feel strongly about it.
