Webmaker template #29

Created webmaker card template.

Hi @brylie, the template is not linked from the select list in the home page. You can do so here - https://github.com/MozillaKerala/Card-Generator/blob/master/index.php#L55. IIRC, the value field should have the name of the template file name without the .html extension.
