[Music] Export music failed when the path has chinese. #2

To Reproduce:

  1. Connect Phone and PC
  2. Open Sync Tool, and go to Music
  3. Choose one music and click export
  4. Select a path which contains Chinese
  5. Click export [issue] Music cannot be exported.
