Configuration

Firefox Reality version: 1.5 Firefox Reality build ID:

Hardware: Oculus Go

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a window and use the left window to watch Youtube 360 video
  2. It will go to fullscreen and immersive mode.
  3. Click the back button from the navigator UI, then exiting the fullscreen mode.

Current Behavior

You will see the two windows are moved to left. Now, you are looking at the right window.

Expected Behavior

I still look at the left window after existing from the fullscreen mode because that is what I was looking.

I think we could improve the behavior of exiting from immersive mode (video or WebVR) by only re-centering the view if the window is out of view. I find it annoying always having it recenter because if I'm looking a little to the left or right, it is now re-centered there so when I look forward every thing is now off center for me and I have to recenter the view.
