The ETP and WebXR pop-ups are not displayed above the correct awesomebar icon when clicked one after the other #3116

[Affected Versions]:

Firefox Reality version 10-140941948 (b5394107)

[Affected Platforms]:

Oculus Go - Android 7.1.2
HTC Vive Focus Plus - Android 7.1.2
Pico G2 4K - Android 8.1.0

[Prerequisites]:

The Firefox Reality browser is open.

[Steps to reproduce]:

Navigate to the following website: https://spiderman.webvr.link/
Click the Shield icon in the awesomebar.
Click the HMD icon in the awesomebar.
Observe the pop-up.

[Expected results]:

The WebXR pop-up is displayed above the HMD icon.

[Actual results]:

The WebXR pop-up is displayed above the ETP Shield.

[Notes]:

The issue is also reproducible if the HMD icon is clicked first.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Reality version 10-141111916 (d9a7eec5) installed on the Oculus Go, HTC Vive Focus Plus, Pico Neo2 and Pico G2 4K headsets. Now, the ETP and WebXR pop-ups are displayed above the correct awesomebar icon when clicked one after the other.

Also I observed a new behaviour, when switching between ETP and WebXR if one is disabled and the other one not the switch button has a slow animation and the switching between the on and off state is visible.
