Sorry for the unnecessary issue. I compiled gecko-dev in artifact mode (I read it in the git-cinnabar wiki) and didn't think of where these artifacts come from and that they do not contain the VR adaptations. I did this because the bug 1657913 kept me from builing it locally.

Question Am I doing something wrong? What XR Settings should be used in Unity?
