Observe attributes change and dynamically reflect to elements.

This is something I pretty much expect when using the element, to change the image src or so and get the update on it. so moving to the v0.1

Closing in favor of #47.

As I wrote in #47 <img-360-tour> doesn't have attribute update support yet. I opened another issue for that #48
