Move <img-360-tour> to v0.2.0 #42

First I thought the first release include <img-360>, <video-360>, and <img-360-tour>. But coming to think only the first two in the first release sounds good because they're more robust and simple while the last one should be enhanced more.

Let's move <img-360-tour> to v0.2.0.
