Display message/reminder if "WebVR Simulation API"/Emulator Chrome extension is installed + detected #84

The experience can be controlled now (issue #72), but it may be confusing because the other might forgot about installing the extension.

Also, it's worth mentioning that the extension doesn't have Gamepad support yet, so the game cannot be controlled (easily). Arturo added keyboard controls for when a user doesn't have a VR headset or controller, but I think it may be too much to introduce all at once. Will revisit these options after launch.
