fuzzSeed not propogated up properly #26

@choller pointed out that in some testcases, the fuzzSeed may not be present in the FuzzManager reports. We might want to propagate this information up as well.

The fuzzSeed now gets propagated up in stdout as well as being present in the jsfunfuzz testcase itself, in the FRC lines.
