Update dependency flowbite-react #19

I want to be able to use the new HR component that got added in 0.10.0. flowbite-react version 0.8.0 brings a breaking change in which we just cannot update our version to 0.8.0 or later (lastest as of writing is 0.10.1). This will have to be addressed.
