added a functional fallback page that is loaded upon a 404 error using getStaticProps. It can be found when attempting to look at the contributors page that i added to the navbar which currently leads to a non existent subpage. Once this is merged PLEASE go to fallback/index.tsx and find the github api and change it to the new path for the repo
