Fix SharedProject sln bug. Change csproj to nested projects #54

The projects ZigBeeNet and ZigBeeNet.Hardware.TI.CC2531 were stored in the sln as SharedProjects although they are nestedProjects. This led to several problems with VisualStudio. Presumably this was a historical artifact.
