setBreak(int msTime) or/and setBreak(bool) #149

Some RS232 based protocols require a longer period of dominant level ('0') as a 
sync signal, therefore it would be useful if you could add this function, which 
puts the TX line to '0'. pyserial 
(http://pyserial.sourceforge.net/pyserial_api.html), qserialdevice and others 
offer this. This would be really a big benefit. Thanks for your great work!

Hi, as features of Qesp1.2 should have been frozen long long ago, so this only 
can be added to Qesp1.3 or Qesp2.0
