Mouse Acceleration/Mouse Senstivity Bug #18

When playing with Regular Fullscreen or Windowed Minecraft feels normal, Once I use borderless minecraft, The mouse senstivity changes and it feels like I have mouse acceleration, I'm 99% sure that this program is the cause of this.
