Fixed minimize on start so it works if start on boot is disabled #41

Removed the requirement that start on boot be enabled for minimize on start to work.

Fixed #40.

Hey, thanks for the PR! Could you instead make it on the develop 1.0 branch?

Changed it to develop 1.0. Let me know if it has merge issues and I can redo it

I went ahead and copied your changes manually because your source branch was still master, not dev. I think it would have been fine if I did a squash merge but that is not what I have been doing so far.

I may need to standardize things better.
