I can't get it to run #1

Hello., I get this error while trying to run hyperloop.php

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught InstagramAPI\Exception\InternalException: You must have the "curl" PHP extension to use the Instagram API library. in /root/hyperloop/MLSI/vendor/mgp25/instagram-php/src/Instagram.php:274

Yes I did that before opening an issue. I still get that

Throttled by Instagram because of too many API requests. [17:00:04] Please run script command again.

Please solve this problem.
