Enable Bloodier Gibbing and the BOBBERS and GIBBERS cheats
Equip the BFG replacement and start killing stuff
At some point, at least when being hit/killed by (hitscan?) enemies, the game crashes. It might also be happening when the player itself attacks/kills enemies.
They seem to be related to Bloodier Gibbing.
How I've been triggering the crash:
