There's a version 3 UI for this in PACKETVER 20210406.

Seems that some of the original UI elements got moved around in the data. It's now split between data/texture/-BAD TEXT-/navigation_interface and data/texture/-BAD TEXT-/navigation_interface3.

It has multiple windows, a new help description, icons, auto warp, and new follow graphics.
