Actual result
If you open a shop which contains crafted weapons they can be named as "Unknown's" before the packet is parsed. After closing and reopening the same shop, player name is correct.
Expected result
Crafter name should be displayed in the vending shop window. I think I recall the situation in original, Windows Ragnarok client when the "Unknown" name can be visible for a short moment (depends on your network) but it will be updated to the correct player name after the packet is received. On web client the name is not updated at all while the shop is open.
