Day and Night feature missing. #462

Just like in the title.

Only sprites go darker, but not the maps.

Actually the feature is implemented, but because the night effect is not really official, it just uses the soul link effect on emulators and that effect is only half implemented. The screen color change along with other full screen effects like poison, hallucination, weather effects, etc is not implemented.
