homebridge v2 issue collection #71

With newer versions of homebridge there is now this log message in the log view:

NOTICE TO USERS AND PLUGIN DEVELOPERS
> Homebridge 2.0 is on the way and brings some breaking changes to existing plugins.
> Please visit the following link to learn more about the changes and how to prepare:
> https://github.com/homebridge/homebridge/wiki/Updating-To-Homebridge-v2.0

It seems like the update doesn't really affect this plugin, and we don't have any major changes. But I still need some time upgrading to the v2 beta and testing the plugin.

After testing I have found no issues. There is also no deprecated code used. If anything comes up, please add it to this issue!
