For example, this document claims that entry boxes have a function setEnterFunc(). But they don't - on GitHub. Steam version has this function.

PZ must have change the API, feel weird tho as it seem like an important function.

I don't do PZ modding anymore and have no idea where to test and find the solution to this. If you do tho, I would be happy to change the doc.
