The ability to rate another user review as either helpful or unhelpful I think should be added to the MVP

However I would like some discussion on the implementation first from @CaptainAchilles and @JonathanHolland before I add this to the MVP. 💯

I think the acheivements should have little effect on the reputation but i guess it does also incentivise getting them? thoughts?

I took some time to give this the ol' thought special, and I feel like someone with a sizable amount of achievements is probably an enthusiastic user of this app, and therefore reputable?
