Not working as a .cia #1

I've tried to build this as a cia, to use with Palantine CFW, however it shows Press the POWER button error.

.cia is not officially supported right now. This will change once rxTools adds cia support, since at that point there will be reasons other than piracy to need it.

In the meantime, a few unofficial cia builds have been posted by others in the gbatemp thread.
