For the sake of custom badges. #2

Custom Badges ExtData is a bit over 16MB, I think it would be really nice if your tool supported 16MB+ files as well, but not too much. I capped it at 18,874,368 bytes. What do you think?

Incidentally, badges are probably missed by the "dump all" option, since they're not associated with any software in particular. I should probably do something about that...

Just don't merge config.txt updates, I added them after starting pull request and it still wants to merge them :|
