We should probably look at adding libraries to support NFC e-passports, if people want to use them. (not forced!).

I'll hunt down some later.

Yes absolutely, the mind runs wild when we start thinking of the add-ons for this.

I know this project is not active, but maybe you want to have a look at https://github.com/UBIC-repo/core anyway. UBIC allows people to register with their passport on blockchain without revealing their identity thanks to Non-transferable proof of Signature Knowledge.
