Yes my original plan was to sign the image and the document separately. However for our first pilot this Friday we are going to do it all in Photoshop or Illustrator as one media file to make it a bit simpler. Thinking about it more it doesn't matter too much whether it's in html, I think I was just considering it being embedded on the web, like in blogs and things. But it doesn't matter because all that's important is that it looks the same as the physical copy when it is presented.

So the html document contains some text (in form of ordinary text and markup) and images. When this document is signed, it's done to sign the public pgp key and the image (and also the fingerprint which is also an image). This means all images that we want to sign must also be embedded in the document and not just linked. Right?
