Add option to disable power on when AC plug is connected #547

One power outage is enough for the laptop connected to the charger to turn on when power is restored. If the power outage happens again, and power will not be restored over time, the laptop that is turned on will discharge. It depends on the OS settings, but it will discharge over time both in standby mode and, of course, if sleep is disabled in OS settings. Please add an option to not turn on automatically, or even disable it.
