Add info how to boot with alternate fw / TianoCore #11

I'd find it helpful if there was a short instruction how to use TianoCore boot, essentially what you wrote in https://github.com/MrChromebox/scripts/issues/217#issuecomment-1200334863 This was giving me gray hairs as the GRUB menu that appears without ESC isn't usable at all.

@mkesper just pushed a new page which shows/describes the functions of the edk2 UI - let me know if anything isn't clear or you think something should be added. Otherwise, close the issue :)
