Traders won't refresh #40

I changed the config and the existing traders will no longer refresh. I halved the refresh rate, new ones work just not the old ones.

Thanks for the report. It seems this was an issue and I have fixed in https://github.com/MrCrayfish/GoblinTraders/commit/0a7045140abc3cc5b3681e6923db37a97546da42
