Program window is all messed up - too big, cannot resize, model display too small. #171

I'm running Windows 10 on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4. When I launch the program, it looks like this: Image. It does not fit on the screen and I cannot make it any smaller. Plus, the 3D model display doesn't take up the whole area it is supposed to.
