Shopping Cart can't move in Survival Mode (0.45.0, 1.16.1) #334

Shopping Cart can't move in survival mode, but can in creative mode. Guess it's related to the fuel (since in creative mode it won't consume the fuel?)

Can confirm. This happens to me as well.

Same, because there's no engine, there's no fuel. In survival, all it really does is be a nice decoration.
