CODEBASE-240: rcov 0.9.8 still has problems with Ruby 1.9 (see http://isitruby19.com/rcov). There is a patch offered in http://github.com/relevance/rcov/issues#issue/31 however has not been integrated yet. Until then, it is not possible to run unit tests in a Ruby 1.9 environment.
