CODEBASE-296: 1. Only keep 20-30 latest in Search History. (Exact number probably in a class-level variable, but not actually exposed in BL 'config').

Most recent first, instead of oldest first.

3.Remove 'delete' button from search history (and associated code in controller to support this func), there's no reason you need items from your search history one by one. (Overall 'clear history' button will remain).

jrochkind: done, and in time for 3.0. it was giving me trouble, wanted to fix it.
