Add ability to filter Document Extension Framework export formats for unAPI (and other places?) #486

CODEBASE-301: For a given document every available document export format is published and available, which may be unsuitable for some applications.

In the future, we may consider ways to enable and disable individual formats at the application level. In the meantime, implementors are encouraged to override ./app/views/catalog/unapi.xml.builder (or CatalogController#unapi) locally.
